Individual therapy.
Are you struggling with anxiety, negative self-talk, or having difficulty in your relationships? Are you seeking more balance, peace, and fulfillment in life? Therapy can be a great first step, and the fact that you are reading this means you are already on your way.
In therapy, we will work on building a strong relationship as a foundation so that you feel safe exploring your inner world, gain insight, and grow toward the life you want to live. I use an integrative approach to best fit my clients’ needs, always using a trauma-informed and compassion-focused lens. You can learn more about the approaches I may pull from below.

IFS is a transformative therapeutic approach that views the mind as a system of various "parts," each representing different emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. By fostering a compassionate relationship between these parts, IFS helps individuals understand and heal their inner conflicts, allowing for greater self-awareness and emotional well-being. This method promotes self-leadership, encouraging clients to access their core self—a state of calm, curiosity, and compassion.
