Hey there!

My name is Emmy and I am so glad you’re here. Clients have described my style as genuine, compassionate, and down-to-earth. I bring my authentic self to session and I encourage my clients to do the same. Working with me, you can expect to enter a space where each part of you is fully seen, heard, and accepted. As your needs shift I may move between the role of a compassionate validator, nonjudgmental supporter, and teacher of therapeutic skills to help you thrive.

My main areas of focus include working with adults and teens struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, self-esteem, body image issues, and those who have experienced betrayal or relational trauma.

I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver in 2020 and since then have had the opportunity to work with a range of individuals struggling with different issues. I feel extremely honored to walk along clients and be a part of their journey.

When I am not at work I can be found walking my neighborhood with my pitbull-mix and rottweiler sidekicks, Scooby and Pluto or reading a book (and yes, I do mean those romantasy books- this is a judgment free space after all!)

Vulnerability is the essence of connection and connection is the essence of existence.
