Are you struggling with anxiety, negative self-talk, or having difficulty in your relationships? Are you seeking more balance, peace, and fulfillment in life? Therapy can be a great first step, and the fact that you are reading this means you are already on your way.
In therapy we will work on building a strong relationship as a foundation so that you feel safe exploring your inner world, gain insight, and grow towards the life you want to live. I have been trained in several models of therapy and use an integrative approach to best fit my clients needs. You can learn a little more about each of the approaches below.

A type of therapy that helps people who struggle with shame and self-criticism. CFT helps clients cultivate and increase their use of self-compassion and compassion for others. This type of therapy has been scientifically demonstrated to increase nervous system regulation and can lead folks to feel a higher level of safety and self-acceptance. Techniques may include visualizations, mindfulness, self-compassion, and parts work.

A type of therapy that is focused on the connection between one's thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. The goal of this type of therapy is to identify and modify harmful thought patterns to help shift perspective and actions.

This type of therapy is an action-oriented approach that helps client take an active role in making changes to live a more meaningful and value-driven life. Techniques in this type of therapy include mindfulness, identifying your values, acceptance, and creating distance from your thoughts to help you be more present.
What does this look like?
Consultation
We’ll connect for a 20 minute consultation to discuss what you are looking for and see if we might be a good fit.
Intake
The intake session lasts 90 minutes and is a time for us to get to know one another, explore what is bringing you to therapy, learn about your background, and begin to set goals for treatment.
Treatment
As with any relationship, it can take some time to feel safe and get to know one another. After we collaborate on a treatment plan we will start working towards your goals at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I will regularly check-in with clients to ensure that they are getting their needs met in therapy.
Fees:
$140.00 - 50 minute session
$ 210.00- 90 minute session

Insurance:
I am currently an OON provider and can provide superbills through Mentaya, a service that helps clients receive reimbursement for therapy through their insurance. Check you benefits below!
